Lloyd E. Gross is 74 years old. He spent his first 17 years in New Orleans. He finished his undergraduate work at Valparaiso University in Indiana and seminary at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. He married Christine Walther of New York City, whom he met at Valparaiso. They had two children, Marie and Eugene. From Marie, Gross has two grandchildren, Amelia and Nathan. Gross has been a widower since 1998.
